WOW members can kayak on the quiet, calm Menominee River via services through the Milwaukee Kayak Company (MKC). Our location of departure is on the grounds of the Twisted Fisherman restaurant. (Here’s a link to Twisted Fisherman: https://twistedfisherman.com/). For $30 per person, amenities include :kayak, life jacket, paddles, kayaking guides, free parking. Even if you have never been kayaking, this is the event for you to explore nature and the sport itself at a leisurely pace.

At the conclusion of the paddle, please pay Sue Siewert $30 or by a check to WOW. Since we paddle back to the Twisted Fisherman, where we launched, we can then enjoy, appetizers, drinks or dinner.

EMAIL your confirmation on kayak attendance to sue.siewert55@gmail.com NO LATER THAN MAY 5th. Indicate if you want to be in a one person or two person kayak. Or, indicate if you will only be attending the Twisted Fisherman after the paddle is over.

After registering, you will receive information on what to bring, how to dress and the specifics on the Twisted Fisherman Happy Hour deals. The event will be rescheduled if inclement weather occurs.
